高宏亮，字号高鸣，笔名悟法，一九四八年生于金陵，现居南京市，出身书香门第，现任中国书法家协会会员、国家一级书法師、中国书画家协会会员、中国人民艺术家协会理事、中国国艺人民书画院理事、中国楹联学会会员、北京华 夏夕阳红书画协会会员、中国东方艺术学院客座教授、中国书画院新疆分院会员、 中国世纪大釆风书画院院士，中国书画家联谊会新工委委员、文化艺术人才库入註书画名家、书法高级教師、孔子美术馆客座教授等、央广文旅国际合作发展中心副理事长、亚洲国际青年电影节评审团主席、国艺委书画艺术博物馆副馆长等职务、中国书画交易中心主席。 2004 年在中央电视台得到著名书法家姚俊卿先生亲自教诲，为自己的书法技法得到更进一步的提升。 2005 年在中国老年书法征稿活动中荣获金奖； 2006 年二月作品入编（夕阳红之歌）大型书画集其作品被该院永久收藏；同 年五月作品入编（中国书画名作精品宝典）一书，获金奖。 2007 年作品入编（人民功勋艺术家书画名作精品宝典），并获金奖。 2008 年（中国当代实力派书法家润格作品收藏大典）征稿活动中再获金奖； 2008 年授予奥运杰出艺术家，奥运宣传大使和民间文化优秀艺术家荣誉称号； 2009 年庆祝祖国 60 华诞全国书画邀请赛征稿活动中，先后荣获 蓝花杯，书法 评比为八段段位一等奖，同年北京美阿国际艺术中心书画大赛荣获金鹰杯金奖； 同年十月在和谐杯全国书画摄影艺术大赛组委会评审中授个人中华和谐艺术 之星荣誉称号，并和各界领导 书画艺术家 影视明星合影并签字留念。 2010 年经中国书画创作院东方艺术家协会（当代文艺家编辑部中国艺术家资格认定委员会）等单位审慎认真与严格的考核特授予个人中国艺坛书法家百杰资 格称号，个人还被授予中国书画名家人民功勋艺术家等荣誉称号，作品被国内外 有关部门及各界爱好人士欣赏并收藏，高亮自 2010 年后全身心的搞创作，和 研究书画艺术传承祖国文化，为社会做贡献。 2019 年荣获第十三届全国人大二次会议、全国政协第十三届二次会议，全国两会重点推荐“人民艺术家”荣誉称号。 2019 年四月，得到文化部文化艺术人才资料数据库“书画名家”荣誉称号。 2019 年六月，在第十九届中国世纪大采风年度人物总结表彰大会暨电视录制人物颁奖盛典中，被评为“中国书画传承艺术名家”。 2020 年十一月，被中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会授予“中国风采—书画楷模 人物”。 2021 年三月，在中国艺术家新春联欢晚会活动中，被授予“2020 年度当代最 具影响力艺术名家”荣誉称号。 2021 年七月成功入选文化中国主题巡展活动，作为优秀艺术家代表亮相北京地铁电视 1 号线、2 号线、5 号线、8号线、10 号线、13 号线八通线。 2022 年一月，被北京心海文化艺术研究院授予“中国当代最具学术价值的书 画名家”称号。 2022 年二月，被央媒文化组委会聘为艺术委员。在《传承经典 时代榜样》全国两会重点推荐项目中，被授予“2022 年献礼全国两会优秀艺术名家”荣誉称号。 2022 年四月，被聘为中国研创非物质文化遗产保护发展中心委员，个人还被授予“人民艺术家”荣誉称号。
