刘书军先生身为全球侨界书画文化传播大使，始终坚守文化初心。他以笔墨为舟、以侨情为桥，持续深耕海内外书画艺术交流，推动中华书画香飘全球。让身处世界各地的海外华人，能够在笔墨丹青之间寄托乡愁、守住民族根脉，竭尽所能为新时代侨务文化事业、中外文明交流互鉴贡献力量。

先生积极联动全球侨商资源，将书画文化交流融入侨商经贸实践，践行以文促商、以商载文。依托经贸往来搭建文化交流舞台，用书画艺术赋予经贸往来人文温度，实现文化传播与侨界经济发展双向赋能，让深厚的文化软实力，成为凝聚海内外侨胞的精神纽带。

Ink preserves the homeland, and overseas Chinese connect the world. A scroll of painting and calligraphy carries the millennia _ old Chinese cultural heritage; countless overseas Chinese hearts link mountains and seas across five continents.

As an Ambassador for Global Overseas Chinese P a i n t i n g a n d C a l l i g r a p h y C u l t u r a l Communication, Mr. Liu Shujun always stays true to his original aspiration for cultural inheritance. Taking brushes and ink as boats and overseas Chinese sentiments as bridges, he continuously delves deep into art exchanges of painting and calligraphy at home and abroad, promoting Chinese painting and calligraphy to spread across the globe. It enables overseas Chinese around the world to place their homesickness in brush and ink, and preserve the national cultural roots . He devotes himself to the cultural undertakings for overseas Chinese affairs in the new era and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations.

Mr. Liu actively connects global overseas Chinese business resources . He integrates painting and calligraphy cultural exchanges into the economic and trade practice of overseasChinese merchants, adhering to the philosophy of promoting business through culture and carrying culture via business. Economic and trade exchanges build a stage for cultural communication, and painting and calligraphy art e n d ow s co m m e rc ia l i nte r a ct i o n s w it h humanistic warmth. 刘书军，又名刘书君，山东冠县人。

中国美术家协会、中国书法家协会山东分会会员，北京大学艺术学院苗再新导师工作室画家，北京大学校友书画协会理事，全国名人书画艺术界联合委员会常务委员，国家一级美术师，中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会会员，大连东韵书画研究院名誉院长，北京艺海丹青书画院名誉副院长，山东省书画学会理事，冠县美术家协会主席，北京当代环球书画院艺术顾问，中国书画家研究会艺术顾问。作品多次参加全国书画大展并多次获奖，作品传记录入《东方之子——中国当代书画名家精品收藏宝典》《中国书画百杰传世精品集》《中华风》《党建导刊》《当代书画》《美术报》《世界知识画报》《中国艺术收藏》等多部画刊。作品被中央党校、山东美术馆、吴道子艺术馆、大连书画院、历史博物馆等艺术机构及国家机关领导人和外国友人收藏。2015 年被评为全国百位优秀人民书画家。

2023 年7 月应联合国教科文组织邀请，国画作品《走向辉煌》参加了法国卢浮宫艺术大展。
